The tenants will be entrusted with a furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath Wick manufactured home, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry area, valued at $125,000. Built in 2001, the tenants will be responsible for natural gas and electricity provided by Alliant Energy. Water, sewer, and garbage pickup will be added to the monthly lot rent. Additionally, tenants will be responsible for mowing, maintaining the existing landscape, and shoveling snow. A lawnmower will be provided, but fuel, maintenance, and any repairs will be the tenants’ responsibility.
